Listing得分标准改版后,我收到了三个违规警告……

2024年1月1日开始,亚马逊升级了最新的Listing完整度打分表标准。有卖家朋友反馈,新标准开始实施之后,就收到亚马逊的违规警告。

问题详情
以最后一个违规警告为例,跟大家分享解决违规的方法。
收到警告的主要原因是产品Listing漏填了FCC ID,商品就有被移除的风险。可见亚马逊新标准实施有多么严格!
补充一下,什么是FCC 认证?
FCC是(Federal Communications Commission,美国联邦通信委员会)的缩写,FCC认证是电子产品(特别是无线通信设备和系统的产品)进入美国市场的强制性认证。
FCC 认证类型分别为:电源FCC认证、灯具FCC认证、家电FCC认证、电子FCC认证、通讯类产品FCC认证 、无线产品FCC认证、无线通讯类产品FCC认证、机械FCC认证等。

解决方法
第一,在你已经对链接进行FCC认证的前提下,先将FCC ID填入Listing的属性。
路径1:管理库存-编辑-安全与合规-FCC 射频发射合规性-射频发射和授权状态(选择:Product has an FCC ID)-FCC ID(填入FCC认证ID)
路径2:管理库存-编辑-商品详情--射频发射和授权状态(选择:has_fcc_id)-FCC ID(填入FCC认证ID)
第二,填完FCC ID之后,再进行申诉,点击【提交申诉】
第三,打勾【查看最初的业绩通知】,打勾【已阅读受限商品政策】。
1.所申诉的ASIN已经填入FCC ID
2.对店铺所有产品进行排查是否遗漏FCC ID
3.保证以后不会再违规
4.防范措施
然后,填入要申诉的ASIN,点击【下一项】。
第四,上传以ASIN命名的FCC证书电子版,然后点击【提交】。
最后,就耐心等待亚马逊审核了。
成功通过审核之后,亚马逊会移除【违反受限商品政策】的警告。
有时候亚马逊会给你发一封移除警告的邮件(不是绝对的)。
最后,给大家附上申诉理由的模板,有需要的朋友可以根据实际情况修改:
Dear Amazon,
We are contacting you regarding ASIN: B0XXXXXXXX restricted products policy violation on Amazon, and we have realized that the product has been identified as a radio frequency (RF) device product that does not have an FCC ID entry in the FCC_ Radio_ Frequency_ Emission_ Compliance attribute.
Upon receiving a performance notification from Amazon, we immediately have supplemented FCC ID in FCC_ Radio_ Frequency_ Emission_ Compliance attribute.
The most reason was because it is that we ignored the FCC Radio Frequency Emission Compliance when listing our products We are very sorry for the result.
Today, when we saw the performance notification, and we found out that, because of our mistake, we have broken big trouble to our product.
Now we have attached great importance to this case, we have achieved several steps to prevent the same problem happening again.
1.We have thoroughly investigated whether all ASINs are missing FCC IDs and found that the missing ones have been added.
2. Upload listings in the future, we'll pay more attention on FCC_ Radio_ Frequency_ Emission_ Compliance, fully upload the attributes required by Amazon.
3. Take Amazon's policies and rules more seriously, especially the restricted product policy, to ensure that this error will not occur again in the future.
